Nothing!
Reserved 3 rooms about one month prior and received booking number and confirmation. Arrived for out-of-town wedding and hotel had no rooms reserved for me (and my 10 family members). The hotel was completely booked; but, magically, they had one room available. Eleven of us stayed in this one room. I have my own opinion of how this happened, but have no proof.

Not much.
Our room had a very dirty bathroom with broken baseboard tiles which appeared to be dirty and moldy. There was mold on the tub caulking. The entire room needed cleaned and updated. I would like to post my pictures.

Location
Had no view in any directions, my view was a gable end of the roof which was 3 ft. away. Soundproofing bad between floors, could hear every step the people above our room, we were level 3, they were level 4.

Comfortable bed, room was well-maintained and newly remodelled, with central heating, multi-channel TV and a writing desk. A bath in the bright bathroom was super awesome. Location: the hotel was just off a bar/ restaurant nearby restaurant and the Marina in Georgetown South Carolina and the waterfront. Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Georgetown.

The hotel was easy to find you could spot it from the no.17 heading south. Easy parking and a comfortable stay nice view over the river from our window.
There wasn't anything to dislike.
